PREAMBLE:

These general conditions of sale are concluded between Keliyahbeaute and anyone wishing to make a purchase via this website, hereinafter, the buyer. By validating his order, the Customer declares to accept without reserve the terms of this one as well as the entirety of the present general conditions of sale and declares to have the capacity to conclude a contract with Keliyahbeaute.

1- OBJECT

These terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Keliyahbeaute and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through this website. These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by Keliyahbeaute.Keliyahbeaute reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time without notice: the conditions applicable will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.

2- CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED

The products or services offered are those presented on this commercial site and which are accompanied by a detailed description. These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks and as long as they are visible on the site. In case of unavailability of the product or service after placing the order, Keliyahbeaute will inform the buyer by email: the order will either be modified with the agreement of the buyer or canceled and no debit will be made.

The extras on this merchant site are inclusive of all taxes (VAT + other applicable taxes) excluding processing fees and transportation that are applied and detailed when ordering. Keliyahbeaute reserves the right to modify its prices at any time: the products and services are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the validation of the order subject to availability. THE PRODUCTS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE SELLER UNTIL COMPLETELY PAYMENT OF THE PRICE.

4 – GEOGRAPHICAL AREA

The online sale of products and services presented in this site is reserved for buyers who reside in France and Europe and for deliveries required in this geographical area.

5- ORDERS

The buyer who wishes to buy a product or service online via the site must follow the online ordering process which includes an identification phase, a verification and validation phase of the selected products and services, a payment phase in the conditions and a confirmation phase of the order and the payment. The price is due when ordering. Online payments are made by secure system so that no third party can have access to the data transmitted on this occasion. The debits are carried out as soon as the order is validated. The customer has the option to pay by credit card or paypal.

7- DATA SECURITY

The site www.dreamvirginhair.fr does not store any payment data concerning the Customer, thus removing any possibility of fraud by hacking the site. The bank details are transmitted in one go when paying by credit card by phone via the e-paypal terminal providing security against fraud. Keliyahbeaute does not keep any information about the credit card numbers of its customers.

8 – DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 5 to 7 days by colissimo followed without signature or against signature and relay-package but not insured at the customer’s choice. Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form within the framework of the geographical limit specified above. THE RISKS ARE BORNE BY THE PURCHASER WHEN THE ORDER HAS LEFT THE SELLER’S PREMISES. The photographs accompanying the products are provided for illustrative purposes but can not ensure a perfect similarity especially with regard to the colors. If in doubt or for any further clarification, it is advisable to contact the seller.

12- NOMINATIVE INFORMATION

Nominative information is required for order management and commercial relations. In accordance with the law relating to computers, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, the information of a personal nature relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing. The users have a right of access and rectification of the data concerning them, in accordance with the law of January 6th, 1978.

13- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of this site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Keliyahbeaute. Only use for private use is allowed. Any partial or total reproduction of all or part of the elements on this site is prohibited.

14- SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language In case of dispute, the French courts will be competent.
